This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to build a new country house in a stunning location set in 12 acres of unspoilt countryside with direct views of the South Downs. Planning had been granted for the demolition of the Victorian Farm House and a new build country house in its stead.

Having encountered many issues during the build project the house was successfully completed within a tight programme. Later works included; the refurbishment of an old swimming pool, construction of new outbuildings, landscaping and obtaining planning consent for a tennis court.
