Johnny and Annabel Seal have 30 years of experience, creating new houses and redesigning and refurbishing listed buildings.

Johnny is Director of an independently owned investment firm and a non-executive Chairman to a family office owned development business. His career started at Savills in 1983, from which time he has been immersed in the residential development world both in the UK and abroad. Johnny held senior board positions at Savills, Hamptons and CBRE.

Annabel is a founding partner of Young Artist Partnership. YAP supports emerging artists by mentoring and exhibiting their work. With a background in specialist painting and relocation, Annabel’s experience and knowledge of materials and colour, together with a wonderful eye for art has given the interiors a very unique aesthetic.
